How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are usually dispatched within one working day, however on pre-ordered items, dispatch time can vary between 14-28 working days.
Usually RoyalMail is our primary delivery service. UK customers will receive their orders within 3-5 working days. Depending on where you are overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-10 working days.

What shipping carriers do you use?
Usually Royal Mail is our primary delivery service, however we use all major and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
My shipping address is incorrect, what should I do?
Provided we have not yet dispatched your order we can change the address for you. Please contact us with your order number and the correct shipping address as soon as possible.
Where is my delivery?
Abaya orders are sent by tracked delivery services. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
If the driver wasn't able to obtain a signature from the delivery address, they may have attempted to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place.
For any orders that are delivered to a neighbour a calling card will be put through the door of intended address to advise of the exact location . Please refer to your calling card for a property name or number.
Can I return my product?
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to refund any item under our hijab’s or under scarf collection. Custom made orders and sale items are strictly non-refundable.

How long do I have to return or exchange my order?
In order for us to process your return/exchange you will need to contact us within one week of receipt to obtain an authorisation code.

Can I get my product custom made?
It depends on the creator and the product. Get in touch with us on email@example.com with all your enquiries and we will try our best to accommodate within reason.
What does Pre-order mean?
We offer some products on our website as pre-order items. This allows you to order an item/s prior to the stock becoming available.
Please note that shipping can take 2-6 weeks on Pre-ordered items.
Are out of stock items restocked?
The majority of our products are available on pre-order, however if your desired item is not available on pre-order contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
I have ordered multiple items but only received part of it?
Please check if any of the items you have ordered are pre-orders.
When in stock and pre-ordered items are in the same order, you may receive your purchase in multiple parcels.
When will I Receive My Refund?
It can take up to 21 working days for returned parcels to reach us. Once your return has been processed by us your card/account will then be credited and we will send you a confirmation email.
Please allow up to 14 days to appear in your account.
